中文摘要 本文結合十幾年教研成果,50 個CIS個案親身體會,對CIS的概念、原理、要素、策劃創新方法、導入時機、評估標準做了較全面的反思與創新。辨析 了兩個“CI”與“CIS”;提出“組織識別系統”、 “CIS場”與“CIS場效應”等概念及心理目標——統覺;分析了“一要素說”到“五要素說”,提出AIS、 EIS要素;MIS的分類、功\能與表現形式;CIS全息交合法、CIS排列法、七惟一策劃法;評估標準:“對應度”、“識別度”、 “CIS策劃與評估公式”等。
英文摘要 This paper relay on my more than ten years teaching and studying CIS, and 50 Cases of CIS which I take charge of or take part in . It reflects and innovates to the concepts, theory, factors, innovation methods, the best occasion leading to CIS to the corporate, assessment standard about the CIS .It analyses the two "CI" concepts and CIS concept, We how to translate CIS in to Chinese. It creates the new concept about "CIS Field", "Field effect of CIS", "Audio Identity System", Mind aim ____apperception .It Analyses the theory of one factor about CIS how to develop to the theory of 5 factors about CIS. It categorizes Mind Identity System, Analyses the function and modality of MIS. It Innovates "the CIS whole message cross method", "the CIS arrange method", "the 7 only method". The new Assessment standard about the "degree of correspondence", the "degree of identification", the "formula of CIS plan and assessment ". Key words: CIS Identity Comprehensive Research Innovation
